Charoen Pokphand Group announced that Soopakij Chearavanont will continue as Group Chairman, while Suphachai Chearavanont has stepped down as Group CEO to become CEO of his newly established Arise Group.

Soopakij Chearavanont, the eldest son of Dhanin Chearavanont, will take full control of the group's traditional core businesses. Suphachai Chearavanont's Arise Group has acquired shares in a Thai telecom giant and obtained a virtual banking license, building a digital business landscape centered on financial services.

This marks the beginning of a dual-track development for the group, balancing tradition with innovation.
