Marriott International announced the appointment of Neal Yang as Chief Human Resources Officer, Greater China, overseeing HR strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation across the region.
Yang brings over two decades of HR leadership experience. Prior to joining Marriott, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for China at Richemont, where he led talent strategy and organizational development. Before that, he spent seven years at Mars in various leadership roles, including HR Shared Services Director for China, Australia and New Zealand, and National Sales HR Business Partner, with responsibilities spanning talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, internal communications, and employer branding.
Marriott International is a leading global hospitality company with a portfolio of more than 30 brands and approximately 9,000 properties across 141 countries and territories. Yang's appointment will provide strong support for talent development and organizational transformation in Greater China.
