Samsung Electronics appointed Lee Won-jin as Head of the Visual Display (VD) Division and General Manager of the Service Business.

Lee previously served as the first head of Google Korea and a vice president at Google headquarters. After joining Samsung, he rose through the ranks from head of the VD Division's service business to President.

In his new role, he will drive business transformation, explore new growth areas, and strengthen overall competitiveness.
