LVMH announced the appointment of Laura Parkes as HR Leader for LVMH South & Southeast Asia, effective September 14, 2026. She will be based in Singapore and report to Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of LVMH.

Laura Parkes brings over 20 years of cross-industry HR experience. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President, Talent and Development at Louis Vuitton, where she was responsible for global talent strategy. Earlier, she held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Gap Inc. and led global talent acquisition at Avery Dennison.

The Group Chief Human Resources Officer of LVMH commented that Parkes' experience in international talent development will help strengthen the regional team building. This appointment follows the recent appointment of François Kohler as President of the region, underscoring LVMH's continued investment in talent strategy for South and Southeast Asia.
