JPMorganChase has appointed Aditi Mahadevan Nair as Head of Human Resources, Singapore. She will be responsible for leading the bank's people strategy in the market.
Nair brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience across banking and telecommunications. Prior to joining JPMorganChase, she served as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific at Barclays for four years. Before that, she spent over 17 years at Citi, where she held senior HR leadership roles including CHRO for India and South Asia, and APAC Head of Talent, Learning and Diversity. Earlier in her career, she worked in HR at Bharti Airtel.
In her new role, Nair will lead the human resources function for JPMorganChase in Singapore, overseeing talent strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and people transformation initiatives.
