WWF-Singapore has brought Rachael Fitzpatrick on board as Deputy Director, People & Culture. Stationed in Singapore, she reports directly to organisation CEO Sutat Chew.

Fitzpatrick holds the Accredited Director credential and brings rich HR experience across high-tech, shipping and insurance sectors. Most recently, she worked as Global HR Business Partner for Maxeon Solar Technologies, covering finance, IT and legal departments alongside core human-resource functions.

In her new role, she will build a supportive workplace where staff feel valued and motivated. She aims to balance team members' passion for environmental conservation with proper recognition, career growth and wellbeing support.
