Fusion Finance has named Chinmayi Trivedi its Chief Human Resources Officer. She will join the firm’s senior leadership circle and take full charge of its people-related strategic priorities amid business expansion.

Trivedi joins from Truhome Finance, where she served as Senior Vice President. Before that, she spent over six years at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance heading HR for its wholesale lending business.

In her new role, Trivedi will oversee human capital operations, enhance employee experience, develop talent pipelines and align people practices with the firm’s expansion goals.
