The Kallang Group has brought Shirlyn Ng onboard as Group Head, Human Resources & Organisation Development. Reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, she joins the leadership team bringing deep human capital expertise.

Ng was most recently Senior Director of Human Resources for Asia and IBS Hub Manila at Vertiv. Her professional background also includes HR assignments at KPMG Singapore and GovTech Singapore, where she built solid experience across varied industry landscapes.

In her new role, she will strengthen leadership capabilities, nurture internal talent pools and foster an inclusive workplace environment that enables staff to perform well, grow professionally and gain satisfaction from their work.
