DHL Express has appointed Julian Neo as Managing Director for Hong Kong and Macau, with the new assignment taking effect 1 October 2026.

Neo is a 25-year veteran within DHL Express, holding multiple sales, commercial and management posts across Malaysia, Singapore and broader Asia Pacific markets. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for DHL Express Malaysia and Brunei.

In his new capacity, Neo will consolidate DHL Express’ market standing for enterprises pursuing cross-border expansion. He will prioritise support for small and medium sized businesses exploring overseas markets, foster alignment among internal business divisions, and deliver comprehensive logistics services to meet shifting supply chain demands.
