Sogo & Seibu announced Liu Jin as its new President.

Liu previously worked at Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities and later joined Fortress Investment Group, where he rose to Managing Director. Following Fortress's acquisition of Sogo & Seibu, he entered the company's board as a fund representative and served as a representative director.

The appointment signals the company's accelerated transformation and push toward internationalized operations.
