Shiseido announced an organizational restructuring, establishing three new divisions: the Sustainability Strategy Promotion Department, the Art & Creative Headquarters, and the Global Digital Headquarters, completing a restructuring across three key areas.

At the same time, multiple executives were appointed: Yasushi Yasuda as Head of Global Business Collaboration, Somashundaram Venkatesh as Head of Global Enterprise Applications, and Yu Miura as Head of the Creative Division (previously Head of Creative for China).

The move is aimed at addressing performance pressures and accelerating transformation.
