SK Group announced the promotion of Lee Hyung-hee to Vice Chairman, with Jung Jae-heon appointed as CEO of SK Telecom, Kim Sung-soo as Head of SK Broadband, and Kim Jung-kyu as Head of SK Square.

Lee previously served as Chairman of the Group's Communication Committee, excelling in external relations and crisis management. Jung previously served as a judge at the Seoul Central District Court and Head of External Relations at SK Telecom. Kim Jung-kyu previously served as Head of the Group's Strategy Support Team.

Additionally, SK, SK On, and SK Ecoplant will adopt a dual-leadership system to strengthen execution and accelerate AI transformation.
