Hang Lung Group and Hang Lung Properties announced the appointment of Leo Tsoi as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, effective October 1, 2026.

Leo Tsoi brings over three decades of retail management experience across Asia. Since 2023, he has served as CEO of Toys "R" Us Asia, where he led brand transformation and regional expansion through an asset-light model. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Starbucks China for more than a decade, leading the brand's expansion from 600 to 6,000 stores. Earlier in his career, he held senior management positions at PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble Greater China.

This appointment comes at a pivotal time as Hang Lung drives its business transformation. Leo Tsoi's extensive experience in retail transformation and brand expansion will further strengthen the company's competitiveness in the premium commercial real estate sector.
