WPP Media has appointed Ekta Khanna as Talent Acquisition Lead – India GOC (Global Operations Centre).

Khanna brings more than 25 years of professional experience. Prior to joining WPP Media, she spent nearly seven years with Marks and Spencer Reliance India Private Limited, most recently serving as Head – Talent Acquisition and People Operations, where she led end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for an organization comprising more than 2,000 employees and 100 stores. Earlier, she spent more than 12 years with Concentrix, progressing to Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, where she led talent acquisition across India, China and Malaysia,. Earlier in her career, she held leadership assignments with Kelly Services, Genpact, and Idea Cellular.

In her new role at WPP Media, Khanna will lead Talent Acquisition for India GOC, bringing her experience in building scalable recruitment functions, leadership hiring, workforce planning, HR technology, and data-driven talent strategies.
